Mr Matthews applies his knowledge, experience and Special Skill Set to solving client issues and needs.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Seattle with a degree in Civil Engineering specializing in environmental aspects of our society. He first worked for a couple of Insurance Companies as an inspector acting as the eyes and ears for the Underwriters where he conducted OSHA type of inspections (physical) and NIOSH (health] surveys for both the Insurance carriers and as an individual paid by outside sources, Eventually moving into sales of Commercial (Property and Casualty) Insurance directly to the public with an Insurance Agency.
With his success he became a minority partner in that agency while accumulating several rental properties which he managed and maintained over the years using his engineering knowledge and people skills evolving from his work career. The Agency was sold to a large brokerage firm: A.J. Gallagher.
Today Mr. Matthews specializes in evaluating Risk (all types) associated with various businesses helping them to implement new Technologies such as AI. This goes hand in hand with his over 35 years of work and personal experience and effectively listen and implementing successful change necessary for a firm to be competitive.
